Story
Hi there!
My team and I are participating in this year's Birdman Rally and fundraising for a cause that's close to our hearts. Periods. Yep, periods!
The Crimson Warrior is all about putting the taboos out with the trash and de-stigmatizing periods. No one should be forced to use toilet paper to manage their period and sanitary products should be free in all public spaces. Let's work towards improving health and safety worldwide by providing free sanitary pads to those most in need.
On Sunday 9 March 2025 from 11am to 1pm the Birdman Rally is full of splashes, spills and thrills as everyday Melburnian's dress to impress and flap to fly - or fall, all in the name of charity. (And naturally, our chosen charity is the legendary Share the Dignity!)

Share the Dignity works to make a real, on-the-ground difference to the lives of women, girls and those who menstruate who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness, domestic violence or poverty. We distribute period products to those in need and work to achieve menstrual equity here in Australia. When someone is doing it tough, the last thing on their mind should be dealing with their period.
